Adnh compass is somehow hard to rate in general because it has different locations that have different cultures and characteristics. However, the common good thing about the company is its corporate responsibility towards employees. On the other hand, the company pays low.When it comes to specific workplace conditions, then it depends on your location. Some managers are good and caring while in other locations, they'd treat you like a slave. They may make the work stressful and undesirable.

Work environment is very bad

Low salary, too political and management team is unprofessional. You dont have any right for anything. If you raise any issue you will be a subject for termination. You’re like in a movie, if they want to remove you they can just play.

Productive but stressful

Very poor manegment especially in Al ain, Very poor accomodation and food. Bad treatment towards some of the staff members,Long day hours worked ..Luck of recognition

I wish I could still be there working with my team at ADNH compass. They are group of good and understanding people who just want the best for all workers.

Productive and great workmates

Overal experience is good. Great team. Great learning and room for growth. Requires exceptional amount of hardwork and discipline. Being my first abroad working experience, I can say I am thankful for the exposure and lesson acquired.

I really got a lot of experience once working which this company, and I recommend every company that want to give contract to the company to give them because the speak the truth on everything that says,and i thanks the company for everything that the do for the youth of this new generation and helping the world

Great Values & Culture with Abu Dhabi National Hotels

I was fantastic experience working with Abu Dhabi National Hotels . Managers , employees given full support until we familiar with job. All staff doing their part to accomplish the team task. Totally it was great experience.

Management not good

In this company no respect for cooks and chef. There is no off weekly not giving proper staff in kitchen they give less staff put pressure in our head weekly off duty doing but no money paid only monthly salary coming no overtime also.

This Company is very good but in some location Management is not good

My personal overall experience is very good in this company. Everything (Accomodations, Transportation,Medical, Airfares) are provided by company. In future I would like to work with this company again but with different management.

I worked for one of their projects, the work was very stressful and the management team was not professional.

For me it was a very bad experience because the salary was not enough and their accommodation was not comfortable for me as they mentioned in the interview earlier.

I worked in fujirah before Adco location it's really nice

Abu Dhabi national hotel is the best company for me I have spent 5 year in this company at fujirah location with ADCO it was great time which I had in my life every thing was perfect

Productive and good place to work

Its been a nice working at Adnh since free accomodation, free food and free transportation. All in provided and aways giving on time salary no delayed, the work environment is very smooth and has giving always a fair job to everyone, I wish i xan go back to ADNH again.

It has a long way to go

The company provides great training and great opportunity for those from far countries like me. However their management is disorganized in terms of getting pay on time and handling employee complaints. It comes off as ignorant because they treat immigrants as if they are children. I.e. they make promises and fail to keep them. They breach contract rules so take care to read carefully before signing. The HR is unhelpful.
