Prompt responded to general inquiries from members, staff, and clients via mail, e-mail, fax or phone call. Assisted customers, members and clients general complaints. Guaranteed positive customer experiences and resolved all customer complaints in timely manner. Responsible for ringing up customers in a timely manner and guaranteeing level of customer service.
