A typical place to learn about Sales, cold-calling and setting up meetings. Management's helpful to a good extent, and workplace culture is better than what you expect from companies in Dubai. Work is thoroughly enjoyable if you follow the process, and training given before you start. Have worked for more than 4 years, and wish I would've done more!

Pros

Lots of ethnic holidays, cake on your Birthday, and good commission structure.

Cons

Less incentives on Fuel spend.

Good experience but a bit stressful

It is a good place to work. The chances for development are high but so is the risk to losing your job if you don't meet targets. You may notice favouritism at times but as long as you hit your target you're set.

Stressful and unorthodox work culture

A well recognized brand, with poor or bad management.Dominating manager and very weird sales approach even the conversation with the client should be according to the script.only the interview is smooth, the HR is really supportive. rest a big no hire and fire is really common.

Very productive.

Great experience with a daily productive day. Easy to bring in new clients, where our services and prices are competitive and has a high demand on it. Environment is nice and people there are easy-going.

Productive and competitive ambiance.

Its been a beautiful journey thus far,We are very team-driven, and we operate in a way that puts collective goals ahead of individual glory. Working at 2gis is a great pleasure and a privilege. I am surrounded by a diverse team; all intelligent and friendly people. There is a lot of competition and its kind of survival of the fittest, thats what gets the best out of you.

Great place to work and learn !

2GIS is a great place to work and learn, it thrives on diversity and professional development. It holds a lot of scope for career progression and skill development although the work atmosphere is definitely challenging here. From the work-life balance point of view, it is amazing, we have fixed office timings, no one works overtime or on the weekends. In 2GIS we get two days off, salary is always paid on time or sometimes even before:), incentives are paid on time, vacation slots are available to everyone as per the employee's convenience. Healthy environment

Lovely place to work, one of the best experience in UAE. Dynamic team, multi nationality, meritocracy applied in all departments, one of the things I really appreciate in this company. For me is like a family.

A very good company with the worst management. Your superiors tend use you for their benefits and play a lot politics just to keep their job safe. Have had the worst experience.

A great place to work challenging yourself and hard work will definitely help you to win. People having can do attitude and passion to prove a point in all rightly professional manners this place is great great opportunity for them. when i came dubai first time 2gis gave an opportunity to prove myslef which is always good for new comers. It made my career on international level to grow with rapid pace and to see opportunities in real practical life. Since its been almost 3 years for a struggle and efforts i put and rightly so i got high rewards for it as for as money and growth is concerned. My all the future growth and prosperous life dreams fullfilled. Thank you 2GIS... !!!

Horrible environment

I wish russian owner come to dubai, UAE and see what dxb office have been doing with their employees. Ones you complete interview they will call you for crash course. 2weeks crash course and 2exams to complete. End of crash course you will have to give presentation. Untill this period everything will be great. Ones you start working below terms and condition will be applied You cant be late more then 3mins at work orelse warning will be issued and theb fired You cant stay without achieving 100% target more then 2month orelse fired You cant stay out of office without eagle eye on you. They will keep GPS tracker phone onn and will hunt you down till you back in office. Hire and fire is very common in company

Progressive and a Challenging enviornment

It is a challenging and an amazing place to work. Everyday is different, no competition when it comes to our product. Very simple and easy to use, you can look for anything in DUBAI SHARJAH and AJMAN ( be it an office, a school or you are lost and you dont have DATA on your mobile, you will still be able to route yourself.)

2GIS is a Great place to work and grow. I managed to learn a lot from being in this company. Working with people belonging to so many different nationalities also helped me broaden my view of different people on how they behave and work. My co-workers and seniors were great. They offered me a lot of support.
