Job Overview

Apex Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer to join our growing construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or engineer with up to 2 years of experience to gain hands-on exposure to high-end residential, commercial, and fit-out projects across Dubai.

The successful candidate will ensure works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site activities and monitor construction progress.
  • Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the project team.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling site activities.
  • Conduct site inspections and identify any technical or quality issues.
  • Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
  • Verify materials delivered to site and monitor proper installation.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
  • Assist with quantity take-offs, measurements, and material tracking.
  • Attend site meetings and communicate progress to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
  • 0–2 years of construction/site engineering experience.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of construction methods and UAE building regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (knowledge of MS Project is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.
  • UAE Driving Licence is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with occasional site requirements outside standard working hours when necessary).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
