We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Civil Engineer for our Group.

Qualifications:

- Civil Engineer or Construction Engineering

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Minimum of 5 years plus previous experience in construction and building consultancy in UAE is required.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.

- Auto CAD is mandatory.

- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- High level of professionalism and integrity.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

- Designing and overseeing construction projects from start to finish

- Reviewing and approving project plans, specifications, and cost estimates

- Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations

- Managing and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders

- Providing technical guidance and support to project teams

- Resolving any construction-related issues or disputes that may arise

- Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion within budget

- Performing quality control inspections and ensuring adherence to quality standards

- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
