Full job description

We are seeking a results-driven Civil & Site Engineer to oversee site execution, structural coordination, and project delivery for residential and commercial projects (villas and multi-storey structures). The ideal candidate will manage daily on-site operations from design review through to final handover, ensuring strict adherence to structural integrity, quality benchmarks, and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Management & Execution: Direct daily on-site operations for building and interior fit-out works, ensuring delivery according to program timelines, specifications, and budget.
  • Drafting & Structural Coordination: Prepare and review detailed construction and shop drawings using AutoCAD and structural software; coordinate seamlessly with architectural plans.
  • Technical Support & QA/QC: Perform quality control inspections, review materials, and resolve on-site structural or technical issues promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain structural compliance and smooth constructability.
  • HSE Compliance: Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment regulations across all site activities.
  • Progress Tracking: Track project milestones, manage site variations, and present regular progress updates.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

  • Core Competencies: Structural Analysis & Modelling, Construction Supervision, QA/QC & HSE Compliance, Project Management, and Technical Troubleshooting.
  • Software Proficiency:
  • Drafting & BIM: AutoCAD, Revit (BIM)
  • Structural Analysis: ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, STAAD Pro, SP Column, Robot Structural Analysis
  • Experience: Proven site experience delivering villa, residential, or commercial construction projects.
  • Languages: Professional working proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
