  • Proven experience in multi-site food service or hospitality management
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Commercially savvy with experience managing budgets and operational KPIs
  • Highly organized, hands-on, and adaptable
  • Passionate about creating safe, healthy, and enjoyable dining experiences for students

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate Head Chefs, kitchen teams, and canteen staff across multiple school locations
  • Ensure exceptional food quality, hygiene, and service standards every day
  • Monitor operational performance and implement strategies to boost efficiency, satisfaction, and results
  • Oversee budgets, inventory, and cost control across all units
  • Support school management with events and hospitality functions
  • Drive staff development, training, and recruitment initiatives
  • Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
