We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to manage, optimize, and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. The ideal candidate combines hands-on Dynamics CRM administration experience with basic development/customization skills, and will play a key role in ensuring the CRM system supports sales, marketing, and customer service operations effectively.

This role requires someone who is fluent in Arabic, already based in the UAE, and available to join immediately or on short notice.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system to meet evolving business requirements.
• Customize CRM entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain basic plugins, JavaScript web resources, and Power Automate flows to extend CRM functionality.
• Manage data quality, imports/exports, deduplication, and integrity within the CRM database.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement timely fixes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT) to gather requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
• Manage user roles, security profiles, and permissions within the CRM environment.
• Support integrations between Dynamics CRM and other business systems (ERP, marketing automation, call center tools, etc.).
• Provide end-user training and documentation for CRM features and best practices.
• Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics updates, releases, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 or CRM Online/On-Premise).
• Working knowledge of basic CRM development and customization, including:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and within a team.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
