Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support the Finance and Accounts Department in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the timely processing of financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of bookkeeping, bill verification, customer billing, and general accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping and accounting records.
  • Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Verify supplier bills, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure proper approvals and supporting documentation are available before processing payments.
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices and billing documents accurately and on time.
  • Maintain records of customer billings, payments, and outstanding balances.
  • Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and other financial records as required.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, vouchers, bills, and other accounting records.
  • Assist in preparing payment vouchers and other financial documents.
  • Follow up on outstanding customer payments when required.
  • Assist in monthly account reconciliations and closing activities.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and other accounting schedules.
  • Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Accounting & Finance field.
  • Good knowledge of bookkeeping, bill verification, and customer billing.
  • Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks efficiently.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • speaks India (Required)

License/Certification:

  • speaks English (Required)

Location:
