Our journeys are thoughtfully tailored for every guest, from corporate and high-profile clients to tourists, families, and school groups, ensuring a truly enjoyable experience on every voyage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Captain with the safe operation of the yacht.
• Handle mooring, anchoring, docking, and undocking procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall condition of the yacht.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs as required.
• Ensure all safety equipment is properly maintained and ready for use.
• Welcome guests on board and assist with boarding and disembarkation.
• Assist guests during all onboard activities, including swimming, fishing, sightseeing, water sports (where applicable), and other leisure activities, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond professionally to guest requests.
• Assist with preparing and setting up the yacht before each trip and cleaning after every charter.
• Monitor guest safety and report any concerns to the Captain immediately.
• Comply with UAE maritime regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Support the crew with all operational duties to ensure a smooth and enjoyable charter experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE as a Seaman or in a similar role within the yacht or marine industry.
• Must hold a valid Seaman License/Certificate (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of yacht operations, seamanship, and marine safety procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work in a marine environment.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Friendly, professional, and customer service-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to assist guests and crew.
