We are looking for a professional and friendly Arabic-speaking Receptionist to join our dental laboratory team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients and visitors.
• Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp and email inquiries.
• Communicate with dental clinics regarding cases and appointments.
• Receive, organize, and track dental cases.
• Prepare invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with technicians and drivers for case delivery and collection.
• Perform general administrative and office support duties.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Well-organized, punctual, and able to multitask.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
