Job Vacancy: Remote CRM Administrator

A Dubai-based pest control company is looking for a reliable and well-organized CRM Administrator to work remotely.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing and updating customer information in the CRM system
  • Creating and scheduling daily service jobs
  • Coordinating with technicians and field teams
  • Preparing quotations, invoices, service reports, and follow-up records
  • Following up with customers through WhatsApp, phone, and email
  • Maintaining accurate records of contracts, payments, and scheduled visits
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
  • Supporting the management with general administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in CRM administration, office administration, or customer service
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and WhatsApp Business
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Arabic language is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Reliable internet connection and personal computer
  • Experience in pest control, cleaning, maintenance, or facility management companies is an advantage
