The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining financial and administrative data in Tally ERP. The role involves recording accounting transactions, maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring data accuracy while supporting the Accounts and Administration departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter accounting transactions accurately into Tally ERP.
• Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal vouchers, and other financial transactions.
• Maintain customer, vendor, and ledger master data in Tally.
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Verify source documents before data entry to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile data with supporting documents and report discrepancies.
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems for accounting records.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash record maintenance.
• Generate reports from Tally as required by management.
• Maintain employee expense records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain required financial information.
• Ensure confidentiality of financial and company information.
• Assist during internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
• Comply with company policies, accounting procedures, and statutory requirements.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per hour
