Welder jobs

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and fabrication of metal parts, structures, and equipment.
• Repair damaged parts of concrete mixer trucks, batching plants, silos, conveyors, and other machinery.
• Cut, shape, and assemble metal materials using welding tools and equipment.
• Inspect equipment to identify cracks, wear, or damage requiring repair.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdown.
• Ensure all welding work meets safety and quality standards.
• Use welding methods such as ARC, MIG, TIG, or gas welding as required.
• Maintain welding tools, machines, and work area in good condition.
• Follow company HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.
• Report maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or technical/vocational certificate in welding.
• Proven experience as a welder (experience in construction, heavy equipment, or concrete industry is an advantage).
• Knowledge of welding techniques and metal fabrication.
• Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
• Physically fit and able to work in hot or outdoor environments.
