Full job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Wedding Events Coordinator to oversee the seamless execution of all wedding events. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and real-time report with the company owners to ensure every detail is handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth transactions and execution of all wedding events including furniture requirements
  • Prepare all types of requests for approval related to wedding events and furniture requirements
  • Interact with the hotels/venue for work permit acquisition, passes and other venue requirements
  • Follow up on the status of all event-related tasks and deliverables (production, furniture)
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments
  • Provide real-time updates and reports to company owners
  • Maintain detailed documentation and timelines for each wedding event requirement
  • Resolve issues swiftly to avoid disruptions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in wedding event coordination (preparation, execution including dismantle)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Experience with WEDDING EVENTS IS A MUST.
