Wall Painter jobs

La Verde Facilities Management is looking for a skilled and experienced Painter to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential, commercial, and industrial painting, with a strong focus on quality workmanship, safety, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare walls, ceilings, doors, and other surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and priming.
• Apply paint, varnish, stains, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Mix and match paint colors according to project requirements.
• Repair damaged painted surfaces and perform touch-up work when needed.
• Protect furniture, fixtures, and flooring before starting work.
• Maintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow health and safety regulations while working on-site.
• Complete assigned tasks within project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Painter in facilities management, maintenance, or construction.
• Knowledge of different painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation.
• Ability to use painting tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
