Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented Waitress / Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, a welcoming personality, and experience in sales, coffee preparation, and preparing simple food items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Take customer orders, serve food and beverages, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare coffee, hot and cold beverages, and basic café drinks.
  • Prepare simple food items, including sandwiches and light meals.
  • Promote products and services, recommend menu items, and actively contribute to sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper food safety standards.
  • Manage orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure the counter and dining area are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Waitress, Barista, or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales, upselling, and customer engagement.
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage making.
  • Ability to prepare simple sandwiches and light meals.
  • Friendly, welcoming, and professional attitude.
  • Good personal presentation and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good English communication skills.

Preferred Candidate:
