Vision Cafe jobs

i. Conducting day-to-day sales & operational activities involving selling items at the counter, handle walk-in customers, phone calls, manage online orders via Talabat, Noon, Careem, Deliveroo, Whatsapp, and website, etc.

ii. Packing, Billing, Order taking, Attending phone calls, writing greetings on Cakes, Delivering customer service, Dispatching deliveries, and performing all the requisite chores of the shop

iii. Accepting Orders for Customized cakes for parties and events. Should posses strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills to be able to up-sell and successfully convert enquiries to confirmed orders.

iv. Other operational aspects of the role include cashiering, inventory, receiving material from suppliers, daily reporting, cleaning, coordinating with Kitchen for production of orders and maintain a full counter display. Basically, all Front of house operations of the retail shop

v. Candidate should have a minimum 3-years of prior experience of working in a food outlet or restaurant or café or cake shop

vi. Candidate should have excellent communication skills in English language (spoken & written) and should be able to draft professional emails, and have knowledge of MS Office tools like Excel, Word and Outlook

vii. Should have a pleasing, friendly and approachable personality with very high levels of customer service skills

viii. Should be able to multi-task and work under pressure with minimum super-vision and high levels of integrity, sincerity and commitment

ix. Should be willing go the extra mile to provide excellent customer services, be patient and tolerant with customers and be a flexible team player

x. Should Possess a positive and can-do attitude and be willing to work additional hours during busy days, weekends and festive days

xi. Should be willing to adopt company policies and procedures, and suggest and innovate new best practices

xii. Company has very high customer service standards and the candidate is expected to deliver on these standards with zero tolerance towards customer complaints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
