Full job description

Al Amal Medical Centre is seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat dental conditions, educate patients on oral health, and deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
  • Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.
  • Perform restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures.
  • Carry out tooth extractions and other minor oral surgical procedures.
  • Perform root canal treatments (where qualified).
  • Provide preventive dental care, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
  • Follow infection control protocols and ensure compliance with MOH regulations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Dental Surgery (BDS/DDS/DMD) or equivalent.
  • Valid MOH License or MOH Eligibility Letter (UAE).
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
  • Strong patient-centered approach and professional ethics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,246.29 - AED24,181.27 per month
