ONEA Clinic is a premium, high-end aesthetic medical centre located in Dubai. We specialize in offering top-tier cosmetic, dermatological, and anti-aging treatments, providing our VIP clientele with exceptional clinical results and luxury service.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly persuasive, results-driven, and articulate Arabic Female Telesales Agent to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the primary link between initial patient inquiries and clinic bookings. You will handle inbound leads, conduct proactive outbound follow-ups, educate potential patients on our aesthetic treatments, and successfully convert inquiries into scheduled clinic appointments.

  • Aesthetics Experience: You must have proven telesales or call center experience strictly within an Aesthetic Medical Centre, Cosmetic Clinic, or Dermatology center.
  • UAE Experience: You must have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable telesales experience within the UAE.
  • Dubai Resident: You must currently live in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion: Manage and convert inbound inquiries from social media, website forms, and WhatsApp leads into confirmed clinic appointments.
  • Outbound Calling: Conduct professional outbound calls to warm leads, existing patients, and database contacts to promote new treatments, packages, and seasonal offers.
  • Treatment Education: Educate potential patients confidently on various aesthetic treatments (injectables, laser treatments, advanced facials, body contouring) and handle objections professionally.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly KPIs, call volume targets, and monthly clinic booking quotas.
  • Data Management: Accurately log all client communications, feedback, and appointment statuses in the clinic's CRM system.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Demographics/Language: Arabic-speaking Female with excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Industry Experience (Dealbreaker): Solid background in phone sales or client coordination for a dedicated Aesthetic or Cosmetic Clinic. You must understand aesthetic terminology and treatment values.
  • UAE Experience (Dealbreaker): Minimum 1+ years of professional sales/telesales experience in the UAE market.
  • Location (Dealbreaker): Current resident of Dubai.
  • Skills: Exceptional phone etiquette, active listening, strong negotiation, and closing skills. You must be high-energy, resilient, and target-driven.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
