Role Overview

The Associate Director is responsible for the management, delivery and quality control of real estate valuation and advisory services across the UAE, supporting the Director and managing day-to-day client relationships, team output quality and contributes to the commercial growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and review valuation reports across multiple asset classes (residential, commercial, retail, industrial, mixed-use) in compliance with RICS Red Book and UAE regulations
• Support mortgage valuation panel delivery, ensuring quality, accuracy, and turnaround times
• Provide advisory services on investments, transactions, and asset strategies
• Manage client relationships and present findings to stakeholders
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality outputs
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and market positioning
• Ensure compliance with RICS, UAE regulations, and internal governance standards
• Support departmental operations, reporting, and process improvements

Requirements

• MRICS qualified and eligible for RICS Registered Valuer status in the UAE
• 7+ years’ experience in valuations & advisory, with at least 3 years in the UAE/GCC
• Strong expertise in RICS valuation methodologies and financial modelling
• Proven experience managing complex valuation assignments and client relationships
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
