Job Summary:

The Ride Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring amusement rides and attractions while ensuring guest safety, satisfaction, and compliance with company safety standards and operational procedures. The role involves welcoming and assisting guests, explaining ride features and usage instructions, performing proper opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness of attraction areas, monitoring ride operations, reporting any safety or operational issues, and supporting a positive guest experience. The Amusement Ride Operator is also responsible for safeguarding company assets, assisting with basic attraction maintenance when required, and providing support to other teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Description

• Welcome guest and answer their inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
• Direct guest and present features of our rides in term of conditions and terms and how to use.
• Ensure safety of guests by applying company HSE policy
• Ensure attraction/rides are clean and inform cleaning in charge to do what is necessary
• Ensure proper opening and closing of attraction and rides as per company SOPs
• Inform direct a manager regarding any issues related to guests or rides to ensure company rights
• Inform and monitor time and duration of current guests and inform them with about the running out of time.
• Ensure Cleaning Attractions areas that facilitate and ensure a great customer experience
• Save company assets at related branch to save company rights
• Inform Security & Direct Manager for any Safety and security incidents to be solved on-time
• Keep & Deliver and missing items to direct manager till finding the original owner
• Perform primary maintenance to attractions as possible to ensure business continuity
• Offer professional help to other teams in to ensure business continuity
• Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Salary & Working Conditions:

• Salary: AED 2,200 per month
• Additional Incentive: Location incentive may be provided if the assigned location achieves the monthly target.
• Working Schedule: 6 working days with 1 day off per week.
• Working Hours: 8 working hours per day plus 1-hour break (total 9 hours per day).

Requirements:

• Diploma or educational certificate copy (Secondary) is required for application processing. Applications without the required educational documents will not be considered.
• A valid Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) is required for certain nationalities as mandated by the UAE Government as part of the visa application process. The certificate must be obtained from the candidate’s home country, attested by the UAE Embassy in the respective country, and further attested in the UAE as required.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is an advantage.
