Job purpose:

To provide administrative and customer support, manning the reception counter and other duties according to the defined standards and policies

Key accountabilities:

Description Performance Indicators:

• Customer Service Management: Meet and greet clients and visitors. Attend to customer calls and respond to emails in timely and professional manners. Assign the leads received from all channels. Responsible for the Agent agreements and commissions. Support in the renewal of agreements for existing customers
• Information Security Risk (ISR) Compliances: Be responsible for ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of business information are maintained by adhering to the corporation’s information security policies, processes, and programs. Stay always informed about the changes in the corporation’s information security management system and ensure compliance with existing and future information security regulations.

Job Description:

• Policies and procedures: Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• QHSSE: Ensure all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed
• AD-HOC REQUESTS: Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the direct manager. Train, develop and mentor UAE Nationals, if assigned

Knowledge & Technical Skills:

• Administrative Know-how
• Effective communication skills
• Reports preparation

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or equivalent or Undergraduate with adequate experiences

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role for similar industry
