Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government relations, licensing, and administrative legalities for our medical facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience navigating UAE healthcare regulations, Department of Health (DoH) licensing procedures, and standard government portal workflows.
Key Responsibilities:

Government Relations & PRO (Primary Focus):

  • Manage all licensing requirements for the facility and medical staff via the Department of Health (DoH) / TAMM portal.
  • Handle end-to-end visa processing (entry permits, residency, Emirates ID, medical fitness, cancellations) through ICP and MOHRE systems.
  • Maintain and renew commercial trade licenses, Tawtheeq, Civil Defense, and other municipal/regulatory certifications.
  • Monitor staff license expiration dates to ensure zero operational disruption.
  • Act as the authorized liaison between the clinic and government entities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven PRO experience (2–4 years) in the UAE, specifically within medical centers, dental clinics, or healthcare facilities in Abu Dhabi.
  • Deep technical expertise in DoH licensing portals (TAMM), MOHRE, ICP, and DED processes.
  • Ability to multitask between high-stakes government portal work and patient-facing front-office duties.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive "problem-solving" mindset.

Pay: AED4.00 - AED4.50 per month

Application Question(s):

  • How many years of experience do you have in processing healthcare facility and professional licenses specifically through the Department of Health (DoH / TAMM) in Abu Dhabi?
  • Do you have hands-on experience using the DOK32 clinic management software?
  • Briefly mention the main government/healthcare portals you operate independently (e.g., TAMM)
  • This role combines PRO/government licensing responsibilities with front-desk patient reception. Have you worked in a similar dual-capacity role in a clinic before?
