HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is seeking a qualified Emirati Laboratory Technologist to join our growing team at Marsa Plaza, Dubai.

This is an excellent opportunity for a UAE National healthcare professional to contribute to a modern diagnostic laboratory that supports exceptional patient care and clinical excellence.

Our laboratory operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, therefore candidates must be willing to work rotational shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.

What You Will Do

As a Laboratory Technologist, you will play a vital role in supporting physicians and healthcare teams by delivering accurate and timely diagnostic results.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing routine and specialized diagnostic tests across various laboratory disciplines.
Ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting of laboratory results to support clinical decision-making.
Operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and calibrating laboratory equipment in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Adhering to DHA regulations, laboratory protocols, and infection prevention procedures.
Upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards when handling patient information and laboratory data.
Maintaining accurate laboratory documentation and records.
Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver world-class patient care.
Supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives and accreditation requirements.

To be considered for this position, you must:

Be a UAE National with a valid Family Book.
Hold a current DHA License as a Laboratory Technologist.
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
Have experience working in a clinical laboratory environment.
Be comfortable working in a 24/7 shift-based laboratory operation.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to patient safety.
Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
