We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and disciplined Shift Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of the café during assigned shifts. The supervisor will ensure smooth operations, maintain high service and product standards, manage staff performance, and represent the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the café according to company procedures.
• Ensure the café is fully prepared before opening and properly secured after closing.
• Supervise all team members during the shift.
• Coordinate daily staff tasks and allocate responsibilities efficiently.
• Ensure all employees follow company standards, SOPs, recipes, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
• Monitor punctuality, attendance, appearance, and discipline of all staff.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor product quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the café, kitchen, storage, and customer areas throughout the shift.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or ordering requirements.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Train new employees and coach existing team members.
• Complete daily operational checklists and shift reports.
• Communicate operational issues, maintenance needs, and staffing concerns to management.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and POS operations are followed accurately.
• Support the team during busy periods by assisting with service, beverage preparation, or kitchen operations when required.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and municipality regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in a café or restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Fluent English (Russian or Arabic is an advantage).
• Flexible and reliable.

Pay: AED2,477.74 - AED8,465.73 per month
