Reports To: Operations Manager / CEO

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government transactions, visa processing, and renewals for our group companies:

  • RHK Properties
  • Oxford Management Consultancy (OMC)
  • My Delivery Services (MDS)

This is a highly operational role requiring direct involvement in government processing activities. The successful candidate must personally complete applications, submissions, renewals, and compliance-related tasks through UAE government portals. This is not a business setup consultancy or advisory position.

Key ResponsibilitiesVisa Processing (End-to-End)

Personally manage the complete employee visa lifecycle, including:

  • Typing and processing MOHRE offer letters
  • Payment of labour and insurance fees
  • Entry permit applications
  • Change of status applications
  • Medical fitness applications
  • Emirates ID applications
  • ILOE insurance registration and payments
  • Tawjeeh training coordination and labour contract submission
  • Visa stamping procedures
  • Health insurance processing
  • GPSSA registration for Emirati employees

MOHRE & Immigration Administration

  • File and remove absconding cases through MOHRE and Immigration
  • Generate employee reports through the WPS system
  • Process temporary labour cards
  • Update company and trade license records within MOHRE
  • Maintain labour and immigration compliance

RTA Transactions

  • Vehicle ownership certificate processing
  • Driving licence renewals
  • Mulkiya (vehicle registration) processing and renewals

Dubai Police Transactions

  • Good Conduct / Police Clearance Certificates
  • Vehicle and motorcycle colour change registrations

Compliance & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Ensure all company licences, establishment cards, permits, and employee visas are renewed before expiry
  • Maintain a comprehensive renewals tracker across all group companies
  • Process applications directly through government portals
  • Minimize reliance on external typing centres and agents
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Submit regular status reports on completed and pending transactions

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • 100% on-time renewals of licences, visas, permits, and establishment cards
  • Zero avoidable government fines or penalties
  • Visa processing completed within agreed service timelines
  • Maximum possible completion of transactions in-house
  • Zero avoidable application rejections due to errors or omissions
  • Accurate and up-to-date renewals tracking
  • Timely submission of weekly status reports

RequirementsEssential Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven hands-on UAE PRO experience with direct responsibility for visa processing and government transactions
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • MOHRE / Tasheel
  • ICP / Immigration
  • GDRFA
  • RTA
  • Dubai Police portals and procedures
  • Experience handling:
  • Offer letters
  • Entry permits
  • Change of status
  • Medical fitness applications
  • Emirates ID processing
  • Tawjeeh
  • WPS
  • ILOE
  • GPSSA
  • Valid UAE Driving Licence
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple company renewals and deadlines simultaneously
  • Professional appearance and ability to represent the company with government entities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Arabic language skills
  • Experience handling multiple entities or group companies

Not Suitable For

This role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is primarily focused on:

  • Business setup consultancy
  • Corporate advisory services
  • Outsourcing government transactions to typing centres

Applicants must have direct, hands-on experience personally processing applications through UAE government systems.

  • High accuracy across all applications and submissions
