Road / Metro Tunnel Engineer (Design + PMC) | 5–8 Years | Dubai (DSO)
Location: Dubai, UAE (Office: DSO only)
Experience: 5–8 years
Salary: AED 15,000 – 18,000 per month
Benefits: Visa + medical by company
Reporting: Directly under Hiring Manager
Role Purpose
Engineer with Road Tunnels / Metro Tunnels experience and strong Design + PMC exposure to support project delivery and contribute to BD/proposals for Middle East tunnel projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support tunnel design / design coordination (concept to detailed design).
PMC coordination with contractor, supervision teams, client, stakeholders.
Review technical submittals, shop drawings, method statements, ITPs.
Support RFIs, NCR closures, and technical issue resolution.
Assist proposals/tenders: methodology, technical write-ups, CVs/project sheets.
Prepare progress/technical reports; participate in meetings.
Mandatory Requirements
5–8 years in Road/Metro Tunnel projects
Must have Design + PMC background (both required)
Some Middle East experience
BD inclination (tender/proposal exposure, client-facing coordination)
Strong reporting/documentation skills
Preferred
TBM/NATM exposure (if applicable)
GCC underground infrastructure experience
