Ticketing & Holidays Consultant | Global Visa Consultant | Global Immigration & Citizenship Consultant | Accountant | Office Attendant – Cleaning & Tea Service

We are seeking experienced and reliable candidates for the following positions. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.

1. Ticketing & Holidays Consultant

Experience: Minimum 2 years in air ticketing and holiday bookings; 3 or more years preferred.

* Proficiency in Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.

* Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.

* Understand airline fare rules, baggage allowances, and booking conditions.

* Prepare holiday packages, itineraries, hotel bookings, airport transfers, and quotations.

* Handle customer enquiries, secure bookings, and provide travel assistance.

2. Global Visa Consultant

Experience: Minimum 2 years processing international visa applications; 3 or more years preferred.

* Handle tourist, visit, and business visa applications for multiple countries.

* Understand country-specific requirements, document checklists, application forms, and appointment procedures.

* Review supporting documents and prepare complete application files.

* Coordinate appointments and submissions and track application progress.

* Communicate clearly with customers and maintain confidentiality.

Applicants must specify the countries whose visa applications they have handled.

3. Global Immigration & Citizenship Consultant

Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct experience processing immigration, residency, and citizenship applications; 3 or more years preferred.

* Understand immigration pathways, residency, permanent residency, and citizenship programmes.

* Assess client profiles against eligibility criteria and explain suitable options.

* Understand document requirements, application procedures, and investment requirements where applicable.

* Prepare application files and coordinate with authorised immigration professionals and programme providers.

* Manage cases from consultation through submission, follow-up, and final outcome.

* Explain fees and processing stages accurately and protect confidential client information.

Applicants must specify the countries and programmes they have handled and describe their direct application-processing experience.

4. Accountant

Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounting; 3 or more years preferred. Travel and tourism industry experience is an advantage.

* Relevant accounting qualification.

* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

* Handle bookkeeping, invoices, receipts, payments, and petty cash.

* Reconcile bank accounts and customer and supplier balances.

* Monitor receivables and payables and prepare financial reports.

* Understand UAE VAT accounting and maintain supporting records.

5. Office Attendant – Cleaning & Tea Service

Experience: Minimum 1 year in office cleaning, pantry upkeep, and tea and coffee service.

* Clean workstations, meeting rooms, washrooms, and common areas.

* Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

* Wash cups and utensils and keep the pantry clean and organised.

* Monitor cleaning materials and pantry supplies.

* Assist with basic office errands.

* Maintain good hygiene, punctuality, courtesy, and reliability.
