The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the transportation and logistics operations for our clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.Key Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate transportation and logistics activities for our clients- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery- Develop and maintain relationships with transportation vendors and negotiate contracts- Ensure compliance with local and international transportation regulations- Manage and maintain transportation and logistics databases- Analyze transportation and logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations- Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation and logistics processes- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards- Prepare and present reports on transportation and logistics performance to management- Train and supervise transportation and logistics staffRequirements: - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation and logistics operations- Knowledge of local and international transportation regulations- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Team player with strong leadership skills- Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus- Must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package to the right candidate.
