Time Keeper jobs

This is a full-time, on-site Timekeeper role based in Fujairah Emirate.
The Timekeeper will oversee and manage attendance records, maintain accurate timesheets, and ensure compliance with work schedules. The role includes verifying employee attendance, addressing attendance discrepancies, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations. Timely reporting and maintaining organized records are also key responsibilities of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong timekeeping skills with the ability to accurately manage and verify attendance records.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and support different departments.
• Proficiency in communication for clear and effective interaction, both written and verbal, with employees and management.
• Customer service and customer satisfaction skills to handle employee inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in using time management software or tools.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
