Position: Ride Attendant

Location: Ajman

Join Our Team!

We are looking for energetic, safety-conscious, and customer-friendly individuals to join our team as Ride Attendants. If you have experience working in a waterpark, theme park, or similar entertainment environment and enjoy creating fun experiences for guests, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safe operation of rides and attractions at all times
  • Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Monitor ride procedures and enforce safety regulations
  • Conduct daily pre-operating and safety checks on assigned rides
  • Assist guests with ride instructions and queue management
  • Respond calmly and efficiently during emergencies or operational issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of ride areas
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a waterpark, theme park, amusement park, or related hospitality/entertainment industry
  • Willing to work in Ajman
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to safety and operational procedures
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors and in shifts
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle guest concerns professionally
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
