About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent coffee-making skills, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will oversee daily coffee bar operations, mentor junior baristas, maintain quality standards, and create an outstanding café experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, fresh juices, Mocktails, mojitos, matcha, and speciality drinks as per the menu.
  • Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise junior baristas.
  • Monitor daily café operations and support the team during busy periods.
  • Maintain coffee equipment and ensure proper cleaning and maintenance.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and place supply orders when required.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
  • Assist in developing seasonal beverage menus and promotions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.
  • Support management in achieving sales and operational goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista.
  • Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, latte art, and manual brewing methods.
  • Experience using commercial espresso machines and coffee grinders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Speciality Coffee certification is a plus.
