Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Private Muay Thai & Performance Coach to provide dedicated one-on-one coaching and wellness support to the employer and selected family members.

This position combines Muay Thai coaching with strength and conditioning, nutrition support, recovery management, and daily performance accountability. The successful candidate will also assist in creating structured wellness routines while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver private Muay Thai training sessions tailored to individual goals, abilities, and fitness levels.
  • Design and implement personalized training programs.
  • Monitor performance, track progress, and continuously adapt training plans to achieve optimal results.
  • Provide ongoing motivation, accountability, and performance coaching.
  • Support the development and maintenance of healthy daily routines and wellness-focused habits.
  • Assist with nutrition planning and coordinate balanced meal arrangements aligned with fitness objectives.
  • Coordinate recovery strategies, including stretching, mobility exercises, recovery sessions, and injury prevention practices.
  • Maintain training records and provide regular progress updates and recommendations.
  • Ensure all training is conducted safely and in accordance with best practices.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and personal presentation at all times.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven professional experience as a Muay Thai coach or instructor.
  • Strong background in personal training, strength and conditioning, sports performance, or combat sports.
  • Relevant Muay Thai coaching and/or fitness certifications.
  • Knowledge of nutrition, recovery, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle management.
  • Experience working with private clients, executives, or VIP individuals is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and motivational skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Valid driver's license is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
