Full job description

We are looking for a professional, confident, and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in textile, fashion, tailoring, or retail sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, and a genuine interest in fashion, fabrics, and bespoke tailoring. Experience in customized garments will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly and create a professional and friendly shopping experience.
  • Understand customers' requirements, preferences, occasions, and budget.
  • Provide personalized assistance and style recommendations for bespoke and customized garments.
  • Explain different fabrics, styles, designs, fits, and customization options.
  • Showcase the quality, craftsmanship, and finishing of our garments.
  • Guide customers through the complete tailoring process, including fabric selection, style selection, measurements, fittings, and delivery timelines.
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable fabrics, designs, accessories, and garment details.
  • Take accurate customer measurements and record all required details for tailoring orders.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate customer and order information.
  • Coordinate with the tailoring/production team to ensure orders are completed according to customer requirements.
  • Follow up with customers regarding order status, fittings, alterations, and delivery.
  • Handle customer questions, requests, and concerns professionally.
  • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to increasing repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Maintain an attractive, clean, and organized showroom.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Perform other sales and customer-service duties as required.

Experience

  • Retail Sales: 3 years minimum (Preferred)
  • Textile/Fashion/Tailoring Sales: 3 years preferred

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
