Position: Test Engineer

Location: Cluster Y, JLT, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities：

1. Familiar with the Android system and able to perform basic phone function testing, including communications, network, carrier, and system app testing, to ensure smooth progress of testing tasks in the UAE.

2. Responsible for identifying local differences/scenarios and cultural taboos in the UAE and the Gulf region, ensuring that our phone's features and content comply with local regulations and meet local user habits.

3. Responsible for connecting with carriers in the UAE and the Gulf region, capable of interpreting and implementing requirements.

4. Responsible for collecting market user feedback, comparing it with competitive products, and identifying areas for phone functionality improvement.

5. Able to reproduce issues, conduct preliminary log analysis, and assist after-sales department with complaint handling.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in English and Arabic, and familiar with local user habits and usage scenarios.

2. Bachelor's degree or above in a communications-related field such as Electronic Information Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.

3. 1-3 years of experience in mobile phone system operations, Android system communication networks, or Android framework testing.

4. Proficient in the basic processes, methods, and specifications for device testing, able to execute effectively and conduct testing with a broad perspective.

5. Experience with testing for other brands is preferred.
