Full job description
We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate is an all-rounder who combines strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients
- Identify and pursue new waterproofing project opportunities across the UAE
- Provide technical support and product/system recommendations for waterproofing solutions
- Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and compliance documents
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure correct execution of waterproofing works
- Follow up on tenders, RFQs, and project pipelines to secure business
- Support project execution from sales handover to completion when required
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in waterproofing systems (bituminous, liquid, membrane, cementitious, etc.)
- Proven experience in technical sales within construction or subcontracting industry
- Ability to read drawings, specs, and project requirements confidently
- Strong negotiation and client management skills
- UAE experience preferred
- Engineering background (Civil / Mechanical / Related field)
