Position Title: Service Crew

Department: Retail Operations

Reports to: Manager

Location: Dubai & Abudhabi

Employment Type: 48 hours, Full time

Experience: Minimum 3 Years or More

Role Overview:

As a Service Crew member at My Cookie Dough, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering friendly, efficient, and consistent customer experience. You will handle customer orders, prepare and serve products according to brand standards, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and represent the My Cookie Dough brand positively

Take customer orders accurately and fulfill them in a timely manner

Prepare and serve products according to brand recipes and presentation standards

Follow all brand guidelines, food safety, and hygiene standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house and work areas

Support team members during peak trading periods

Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Always follow health & safety procedures
