The Role: The Teacher Assistant works closely with the Head Teacher and Teachers ensuring to provide the highest educational standards set by the curriculum.

Main Responsibilities:

- Help teachers prepare lesson plans.

- Set up necessary material for class daily.

- Prepare props for class.

- Decorate and design classroom environment.

- Track student attendance and class schedules.

- Work with smaller groups of students for remedial teaching or reinforcing the learning process.

- Escort and supervise children.

- Make sure classrooms are safe and tidy before classes start.

- Assist teachers with various tasks.

- Help children adjust, learn and socialize and report to teachers

- Prepare Language lessons to deliver to children aged 0 to 6 years.

- Execute fun lessons in specific Language.

- Ensure basic communication in specific language.

- Develop materials for children to engage in.

- Evaluate students’ performances and progress.

- Participate in schoolwide activities, such as workshops and special events.

- Speak with children’s parents to inform them of their progress in the languages.

- Collaborate with other teachers to develop school-wide policies and create an overall better learning environment.
