Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager

Location: Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time - Office Based

Working Pattern: Mon-Sat 8:00am – 5:00pm

Salary: Competitive depending on experience

Purpose of the Role

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for attracting, assessing and securing high-quality talent to meet the company's recruitment needs. Working closely with hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience while supporting the business to recruit efficiently and effectively.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Key Areas of Responsibility

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies.
  • Sourcing suitable candidates using a range of recruitment channels.
  • Screening applications and conducting initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Preparing offers of employment and supporting pre-employment activities.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records, reports and candidate pipelines.
  • Promoting a positive candidate experience and representing the company professionally.
  • Supporting continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices.
  • Building talent pipelines to support future recruitment requirements.

Knowledge & Experience

Essential

  • 4 years recruitment experience, either in-house or agency.
  • UAE recruitment experience.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Experience using online recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Bayt.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable

  • Basic knowledge of UAE Labour Law.

  • Recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt)

Working Conditions

  • Office-based role in Dubai Investment Park.
  • Full-time – on-site.
  • Mon-Sat 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Flexibility may be required to support recruitment activities.
