Swimming Coach (Full-Time)

Dubai, UAE

6 days per week

Salary up to AED 15,500 per month

HUNA Aquatics, a well established swimming academy in Dubai, is looking to hire an experienced Swimming Coach & Venue Lead to deliver high-quality Learn to Swim programmes for children and adults, coach development squads and Masters swimmers, and manage the smooth daily operation of an assigned venue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Learn to Swim lessons for babies, children, and adults
  • Coach development / pre-competitive squads
  • Support swimmer progression from LTS to squad or Masters pathways
  • Assist with competitions and swimming galas
  • Act as Venue Lead and main point of contact at the pool
  • Ensure sessions run safely, professionally, and on schedule
  • Support and guide coaches working at the venue
  • Organise and run seasonal activity camps

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ swimming coaching experience
  • Experience coaching children, adults, and Masters swimmers
  • Recognised swimming coaching qualification (ASA / Swim England Level 2, STA Level 2, ASCA Level 2 or equivalent)
  • Eligible for UAE Swimming Federation registration
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
