Job Title: Registered Nurse / Assistant Nurse

Location: Al Rigga, Dubai, UAE

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (minimum of 3 years) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
  • Valid DHA Nursing License or Eligibility Letter.
  • Certifications in BLS/ACLS are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing care procedures, including emergency care.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, responsibly, and with compassion.
  • Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and prioritize patients quickly based on their condition.
  • Build rapport with patients and families, addressing their care needs.
  • Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support.
  • Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment, and preventive care.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as directed by physicians.
  • Assist with dental procedures, minor surgical procedures and offer immediate care for injuries and acute illnesses.
  • Perform routine tasks such as taking vital signs and administering injections, and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Collaborate with dentists, physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Address basic patient inquiries and escalate complex questions as needed.
  • Assist patients with mobility issues.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols.
  • Use sterile techniques when handling medical and dental instruments and equipment before, during, and after procedures.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of patient and employee information at all times.
  • Keep detailed and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) and document assessments, interventions, and patient education.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience: nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification: Eligibility letter or DHA (Preferred)
