Supply Chain jobs in Dubai

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and stock optimization for existing products. The role will focus on ensuring the right products are available at the right time while minimizing excess inventory, shortages, and supply chain costs.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Forecasting

• Prepare and maintain demand forecasts based on historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, and business requirements.
• Review product-wise sales trends and identify changes in demand patterns.
• Coordinate with Sales and Commercial teams to incorporate upcoming demand and business plans into forecast.

Inventory Planning & Optimization

• Monitor inventory levels across products and locations and ensure optimal stock availability.
• Establish and monitor minimum, maximum, safety stock, and reorder levels.
• Identify slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory and recommend corrective actions.

Shortage & Excess Management

• Identify current and potential stock shortages and coordinate with Procurement/Suppliers to avoid supply disruptions.
• Analyze excess stock and develop plans for liquidation, promotions, transfers, or revised purchasing.
• Monitor stock coverage and ensure inventory is aligned with actual and forecasted demand.

Existing Product Analysis

• Regularly review the performance of existing products based on sales, stock levels, inventory turnover, and demand trends.
• Identify products with declining demand or unusual sales patterns and highlight them to management.
• Support decisions on replenishment, product phase-out, and inventory reduction.

Supply & Replenishment Planning

• Prepare replenishment requirements based on demand forecasts, current stock, open orders, lead times, and expected consumption.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of products.
• Track purchase orders and expected deliveries against planned requirements

Reporting & Data Analysis

• Prepare regular reports on demand forecasts, inventory levels, stock coverage, shortages, excess stock, slow-moving items, and inventory turnover.
• Develop dashboards and reports to highlight key supply chain issues and trends.
• Use ERP systems and Excel/Power BI to analyze data and support planning decisions.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, and Operations teams.
• Participate in regular demand and supply planning meetings.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve product availability and reduce inventory costs.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
