The Warehouse Documentation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse documentation activities, ensuring compliance with Dubai Customs regulations, hazardous goods documentation requirements, and company procedures. The role requires close coordination with warehouse operations, logistics providers, customs brokers, and customers to ensure accurate and timely processing of all shipping and warehouse-related documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all warehouse documentation processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Prepare, review, and verify shipping and warehouse documentation, including invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, and inventory records.
• Review and manage hazardous goods (DG) documentation, including Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Dangerous Goods (DG) Declarations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure all import and export documentation complies with Dubai Customs requirements and UAE regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, transport providers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth cargo movement.
• Maintain accurate documentation records and ensure proper filing for audit and compliance purposes.
• Monitor document discrepancies and resolve documentation-related issues promptly.
• Support warehouse operations by ensuring documentation is completed before inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation KPIs.
• Continuously improve documentation processes and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
• Train and guide documentation staff on documentation procedures and regulatory requirements when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse documentation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Solid knowledge of MSDS, Dangerous Goods (DG) Declaration, and hazardous goods documentation requirements.
• Familiarity with Dubai Customs procedures and UAE import/export documentation requirements.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a 3PL, freight forwarding, warehousing, or logistics company.
• Knowledge of UAE customs regulations and international shipping documentation.
• Experience handling dangerous goods shipments in accordance with international standards.
• SAP or other ERP/WMS system experience is an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED100,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
