Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Restaurant Operations Supervisor to oversee daily

restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest experience, smooth service delivery, and strong sales performance.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality professional with a strong background in customer service, sales, team supervision, and restaurant operations. The candidate should be able to lead the team, maintain service standards, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

* Lead, coach, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service.

* Drive sales through upselling, promotions, guest engagement, and service excellence.

* Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality.

* Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maximize guest satisfaction.

* Monitor daily sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

* Supervise staffing, scheduling, attendance, and team productivity.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and UAE regulations.

* Coordinate with the kitchen and management team to maintain seamless operations.

* Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste and optimize profitability.

* Prepare operational and sales reports and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

 Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations, supervision, or a similar

hospitality role.

 Strong background in customer service and sales.

 Proven experience in leading and supervising restaurant teams.

 PIC (Person-in-Charge) experience is an advantage.

 Ability to independently manage daily restaurant operations.

 Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

 Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
