Stewarding Supervisor jobs in Dubai

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of stewards and kitchen cleaners.
• Ensure proper cleaning, sanitizing, and storage of kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, and equipment.
• Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Schedule stewarding staff shifts and assign duties.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of kitchens, storage areas, dishwashing stations, and waste disposal areas.
• Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning chemicals, tools, and disposable items.
• Monitor and control breakage, loss, and misuse of kitchen equipment.
• Coordinate waste management and recycling programs.
• Ensure dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment are functioning properly.
• Prepare reports on staffing, inventory, and operational issues.
• Assist during banquets, events, and peak operational periods.
• Enforce workplace safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
