Job Summary:
The Steel Fixer Foreman supervises and coordinates steel reinforcement works for road and infrastructure projects, ensuring activities are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct steel fixer crews.
• Read and interpret reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS).
• Ensure correct cutting, bending, placing, and tying of reinforcement.
• Coordinate with site engineers, formwork, and concrete teams.
• Inspect reinforcement before concrete pouring.
• Maintain quality, safety, and productivity on site.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and daily progress.
• Enforce HSE requirements and conduct toolbox talks.
• Report work progress and site issues to the Site Engineer.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school or technical qualification.
• 5–10 years of steel fixing experience, including at least 2–3 years as a Foreman in road or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read structural drawings and lead construction crews.
