We are seeking a highly experienced Metal Fabrication Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in metal fabrication, with a focus on precision and quality workmanship. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our fabrication team, and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard while maximizing efficiency and minimizing production costs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of 30|+ to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard of quality and precision
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are completed on time and within budget
• Understand and manage manpower allocation to optimize productivity and reduce costs

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in architectural metal fabrication, with a strong understanding of all sectors of the industry, including interior decoration items, metal cladding, custom metal ceilings, exhibition works, mezzanine floors, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Expertise in fabrication and welding, with a strong understanding of all types of metalwork
