Job Description:

As a Speech Therapist at [Your Company Name], you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders. You will work collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and therapeutic strategies.
  • Provide direct therapy services to patients with a variety of speech and language disorders.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
