Job Title: Spare Parts Supervisor – Automotive
Automotive Showroom Experience Mandatory

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Spare Parts Supervisor to oversee spare parts operations, inventory management, procurement, supplier coordination, and team supervision. The ideal candidate should have strong automotive spare parts knowledge and the ability to ensure stock availability and smooth departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily spare parts operations, ensuring efficient inventory control and stock availability.
  • Monitor stock levels, sales trends, and customer requirements to plan procurement and maintain optimal inventory.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely ordering and delivery of spare parts.
  • Receive and inspect incoming parts, ensuring accuracy, quality, and proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with service teams to ensure the timely availability of required spare parts.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock movements, sales, returns, and warranty claims.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies, obsolete stock, and inventory issues.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of spare parts within the warehouse.
  • Guide customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing the correct spare parts.
  • Supervise, train, and monitor spare parts staff to maintain operational and customer service standards.
  • Prepare inventory reports and recommend improvements to departmental processes.
  • Stay updated on manufacturer bulletins, product specifications, and automotive spare parts developments.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in automotive spare parts operations, preferably in a dealership or service centre.
  • Previous experience supervising a spare parts team.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, inventory control, and procurement.
  • Experience with ERP, DMS, or inventory management systems.
  • Good communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
