About Us

Tamayaz Wellness Spa is a premium wellness and beauty company focused on spa, slimming, aesthetics, and wellness services. We are entering a growth phase and are looking for an ambitious Operations & Growth Manager who wants to build something meaningful rather than simply work a routine job.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing operations, growing sales, building teams, solving problems, and taking ownership of business performance.

We are looking for a person who can eventually grow into a key leadership role within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Manage daily business operations and service delivery.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and attendance.
  • Ensure smooth booking and appointment management.
  • Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally.

Sales & Business Development

  • Follow up on customer inquiries and leads.
  • Improve booking conversions and sales performance.
  • Create and implement sales strategies.
  • Develop corporate and partnership opportunities.
  • Increase repeat customer bookings and memberships.

Team Management

  • Recruit therapists, aestheticians, and support staff.
  • Train and supervise team members.
  • Monitor staff performance and productivity.
  • Build a positive and professional work culture.

Marketing & Growth Support

  • Coordinate with marketing agencies and freelancers.
  • Assist with promotions, offers, and customer engagement campaigns.
  • Track business performance and recommend improvements.

Reporting & Accountability

  • Prepare weekly reports on leads, bookings, revenue, expenses, and customer feedback.
  • Monitor KPIs and business targets.
  • Take ownership of operational performance and growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in spa, beauty, wellness, salon, aesthetics, slimming, hospitality, or related industries.
  • UAE experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
  • Experience handling bookings, operations, and staff coordination.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, booking software, and Microsoft Office.
