Key Requirements:

• Ensure project execution is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical and solar systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing as per the approved standards and schedule.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them promptly.
• Ensure that materials, equipment, and installations comply with approved specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor the progress of site works and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate site activities with other disciplines to avoid delays and clashes.
• Assist with inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, authority requirements, HSE standards, and project-specific procedures.
• Maintain proper site documentation, including inspection requests, checklists, reports, drawings, and relevant project records.
• Support the preparation and review of as-built drawings and project handover documentation.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders as required.
• Assist in resolving site-related technical and operational challenges.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably within the solar energy, renewable energy, electrical contracting.
• Candidates must have hands-on experience working on solar/renewable energy projects.
• Previous experience working on projects in Dubai/UAE is required.
• Good understanding of electrical installations, solar PV systems, and associated electrical works.
• Familiarity with UAE construction practices, authority requirements, and site procedures.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, electrical layouts, and project specifications.
• Strong knowledge of site safety and quality requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a project team.
• Willingness to work on-site and manage the demands of a project-based environment.

Pay: AED1.00 - AED11.00 per month
