Full job description

  • Plan, execute, and supervise solar PV installation projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Prepare project schedules, manpower plans, and material requirements.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of project materials.
  • Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to the approved schedule.
  • Supervise installation of solar PV systems, including modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, and associated electrical works.
  • Ensure compliance with DEWA/SEWA/FEWA/ADDC regulations and project specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during project execution.
  • Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
  • Ensure all quality inspections and documentation are completed.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
  • Monitor project costs and assist in budget control.
  • Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and UAE safety regulations.
  • Attend project meetings and provide technical updates.
  • Support the preparation of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and project close-out documentation.
